No app download is required—simply tap your device on an NFC tag to access the dedicated guide page and begin exploring the Museum through an engaging blend of technology and culture.

The service integrates the latest technologies, including AI-powered text-to-speech (TTS), automatic multilingual translation, and large language models (LLMs). It supports multiple languages, including Mandarin Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, and Vietnamese, as well as Taiwan’s national languages, such as Taiwanese Taigi, Hakka, and Taiwan Sign Language. Visitors can also ask the AI assistant questions in real time and receive interactive responses as they explore the exhibitions.

The system also conforms to WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards, incorporating features such as high-contrast display, keyboard navigation, alternative text for images, descriptive button labels, appropriate color contrast, and semantic markup. These accessibility features enhance usability for visitors with visual or hearing impairments and help realize the Museum’s vision of equal access to culture and an inclusive, accessible museum experience.
