葉政德，臺灣雲林人。2017年六月取得瑞士國立洛桑高等音樂院管弦樂指揮(M.A of Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne) 藝術碩士學位。師事法國著名指揮家Aurélien AZAN ZIELINSKI。2013年取得法國巴黎師範音樂院高級指揮家 藝術文憑(Diplôme Supérieur de Direction d’Orchestre de Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris)。受教巴黎瑪希歌劇院音樂總監Dominique ROUITS及前法國巴黎管弦樂團助理指揮Julien MASMONDET。
政德連續兩年以「評審團一致通過加祝賀」最高殊榮的成績，通過巴黎師範音樂院考試，為該班32年來第一位以極優異成績及最短時間取得該文憑者。
旅歐期間積極參與國際指揮活動及音樂營。2016年獲瑞士政府全額獎學金參加國際知名的瑞士Gstaad Menuhin Festival曼紐因音樂節，受Neem Järvi, Gennady Rozhdestvensky等大師指導，並與Ottensamer單簧管家族、大提琴家Sol Gabetta等音樂家合作排練。並於2014年二月獲選參與世界著名的指揮營Järvi Winter Academy，其優異的表現被Maestro GRIN推薦再次參加2014 Järvi summer Academy，於愛沙尼亞指揮多場演出並接受Neeme Järvi, Pavvo Järvi及Leonid Grin等大師指導。
2017年回國後指揮國立臺灣交響樂團附設青年交響樂團於臺灣文化日演出，深獲讚賞。2011年起創立『正心愛樂管弦樂團』，並擔任樂團執行長兼指揮。每年定期演出，至今已連續七年與不同贊助單位合作，演出多元的藝術表演活動，計劃將正心愛樂管絃樂團打造為地區性指標樂團。並指揮過Gstaad Festival Orchestra、Järvi Academy Orchestra、Pärnu city Orchestra、 VO-orkest Amsterdam、L’orchestre de l’opera de Massy、國立臺灣交響樂團附設青年管弦樂團、臺北愛樂管弦樂團、正心愛樂管弦樂團、國立屏東大學音樂系管絃樂團等樂團。
現任國立臺灣交響樂團助理指揮，政德長期關注臺灣的樂團教育、培養等相關議題，並任職於臺北市敦化國小管弦樂團、新竹市十興國小弦樂團等校，106年曾帶領花蓮縣花崗管弦樂團獲得106年全國學生音樂比賽全國特優冠軍。期待在樂團教育上帶領臺灣的年輕音樂學子一起學習、成長。

Cheng-Te Yeh, graduated from Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne with Master of Music under Maestro Aurélien Azan Zielinski in 2017. He also obtained his Artist Diploma in Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris under Dominique Rouits and Julien Masmondet. He was the first person received the highest honor “A l’unanimité et avec les félicitation du Jury” for two consecutive year, and also obtained the diploma in the least time in past 32 years.
Cheng-Te has performed widely and participated in many events and festivals such as full scholarship in Gstaad Menuhin Festival under Need Järvi, and Gennady Rozhdestvensky. He also collaborated with the famous Oboist family Ottensamer, Cellist Sol Gabetta, Violinist Yu-Chein Tseng during the festival. In 2014, Cheng-Te participated in Järvi Winter Academy. In the same year, he was invited again to participated in Järvi summer Academy by Maestro Grin where he performed several concerts in Estonia.
He has worked with many eminent world-class conductors and orchestras such as Neeme Järvi, Pavvo Järvi, Gennady Rozhdestvensky,Leonid Grin, Claire Gibault, Aurélien Azan Zielinski. Dominique Rouits and Julien Masmondet; Gstaad Festival Orchestra, Järvi Academy Orchestra(Estonia), Pärnu city Orchestra(Estonia) VO-orkest Amsterdam, L’orchestre de l’opera de Massy, Taipei Philharmonic Orchestra.
In 2011, he established “Sacred hearts Philharmonic Orchestra” with school alumni and serve as conductor and CEO. The orchestra has performed annually with different sponsors for 7 consecutive years to perform a variety of performance. The goal is to promo this orchestra to become one of the leading orchestras in the region.
Cheng-Te joins the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra as an assistant conductor from season 2019/20.
