廖尚璟 Shang-Jing Liao

2004年出生於臺中，六歲開始學習鋼琴，並於2012年進入國小音樂班，副修小提琴。國中開始同時學習作曲與中提琴。2020年進入臺中市立臺中二中音樂班，主修作曲。高中期間積極仍積極參加樂團、室內樂，增加演奏經驗。2021年創立Podcast節目「Kimi談古典彈音樂」，以深入淺出並不時彈奏示範主題的方式廣受好評，節目開播至今收聽次數已超過二十五萬次，節目內容涵蓋了奏鳴曲、室內樂、交響曲及專題等，從中世紀跨越到現代，也曾與TMAF大師星秀音樂節合作推廣。

2023年獲得灣聲第一屆弦樂四重奏大賽首獎，並開始於柏林藝術大學(Universität der Künste Berlin)就讀樂團指揮學士，師事 Steven Sloane 與Harry Curtis。曾與法蘭克福布蘭登堡州立管弦樂團、波茨坦室內學院樂團、新布蘭登堡愛樂樂團、哥廷根交響樂團、布蘭登堡交響樂團、索爾諾克交響樂團等合作。

Shang-Jing Liao was born in Taiwan in 2004 and began learning piano at the age of six. In 2012, he took music courses in elementary school and minored in violin. He started studying composition and viola at the same time in 2016, and entered Taichung Second Senior School in 2020, studying composition. Throughout high school, he actively participated in orchestra and chamber music, gaining performance experience.
In 2021, he founded the classical music podcast, which has been listened to more than 250,000 times since its launch.

In June 2023, his string quartet won first place in "The 1st OneSong International Music Competition" held in Taipei. In the same year, he began studying for a bachelor's degree in orchestral conducting at the Berlin University of the Arts, studying under Prof. Harry Curtis and Prof. Steven Sloane.
