蔡明叡 Ming-Jui Tsai

獲選由義美集團藝企贊助之「藝脈傳承」青年指揮培訓計畫，在國家交響樂團音樂總監準．馬寇爾的指導下，於2022-25年擔任樂團指揮助理，協助音樂會指揮之排練，以及指揮小型音樂會，並主持座談與主講廣播節目。

2024年密托波羅斯國際指揮大賽中，從全球上百名選手中進入12位決選名單。亦經常獲選進入指揮大師班接受著名指揮的指導，如呂紹嘉、艾倫．吉伯特、托馬仕．尼托皮爾、約爾馬．帕努拉等大師。曾指揮希臘塞薩羅尼基國家交響樂團、捷克布拉格愛樂樂團、赫拉德茨克拉洛維愛樂樂團和摩拉維亞愛樂樂團等。

2026年榜首錄取教育部公費留學考試音樂學門，獲得最高4年22萬美金之獎助學金將出國深造指揮。畢業於國立臺北教育大學音樂學系碩士班，師事王雅蕙教授；音樂領域之外，亦具備生醫專業。攻讀指揮學位期間，同時於國立臺灣大學醫學院微生物學研究所取得理學碩士。

The youngest recipient to be selected for the I-Mei NSO Conducting Fellowship, Ming-Jui Tsai served as Conducting Assistant of National Symphony Orchestra, Taiwan (2022-2025) under the mentorship of Music Director Jun Märkl. His duties include covering subscription concerts, conducting chamber concerts, giving concert talks and podcast lectures.

Ming-Jui Tsai was one of the twelve conductors selected for the 2024 Mitropoulos International Conducting Competition and has participated in several masterclasses by renowned conductors such as Alan Gilbert, Shao-Chia Lü, Tomáš Netopil and Jorma Panula. He has conducted Greece Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra, Czech Republic Prague Philharmonia, Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra and Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra.

This year (2026), Ming-Jui Tsai won the Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarship, a major grant for four years of study abroad. He began his conducting studies in 2019 under Professor Ya-Hui Wang at the National Taipei University of Education while pursuing a Master's degree in Microbiology at the National Taiwan University. He graduated from both Universities with high accolades.
