Kim Yi-Sak (김이삭)

Kim Yi-Sak is a South Korean genre fiction writer and a literary translator. Her notable works include Lady Coroner in Joseon, The Detective Shaman, Heaven and Earth Do Not Listen to Women, and The Defector's Family. Her translation credits include The Way Spring Arrives and Other Stories, The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System, Booking Death, The Goddess Buffet, and Taiwan Travelogue. An active participant in international literary exchange, Kim has curated and translated The Body, Again, a Korean–Mandarin anthology of short science-fiction by women writers. She also promoted the anthology's simultaneous publication in both countries.

- Associated time period, territory, recipients, and methods of personal data use.
- Time Period: During business hours or other time period required to conduct business.
- Territory: Within the borders of Taiwan, the Republic of China.
- Recipients: The TLB, along with co-marketing and promotional partners, as well as legally authorized agencies.
- Methods: electronic newsletters, emails, mails, telephone, and/or other automated or non-automated methods.
- The rights and methods that parties may exercise in accordance with Article 3 of the PDPA: In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding the personal data retained by the TLB: the right to inquire, review, obtain copies, supplement, correct, request the cessation of collection, processing, or use, and request deletion.

You have the right to choose whether to provide your personal data. However, if you refuse to do so, the TLB will be unable to conduct the necessary business reviews or processing, which may result in the inability to provide you with relevant services. - You acknowledge that this notification complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations, serving as your written consent for the TLB to collect, process, and use your personal data.
- For any matters not covered in this notification, the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant regulations shall apply.
