This exhibition brings together approximately 70 works, featuring calligraphy by artist Wang Zhi-yang and paintings by multi-talented artist Tzeng En-tung, a young person with Down syndrome. Through their art, both artists transcend life’s challenges, expressing resilience, determination, and an enduring passion for artistic creation.
Wang Zhi-yang is a self-taught calligrapher who has long used his art to express personal reflections and convey his concern for disadvantaged communities. Tzeng En-tung, meanwhile, has overcome the challenges associated with Down syndrome and earned numerous accolades for his diverse talents in painting, music, and other creative pursuits. Their achievements embody the belief that everyone has unique gifts to offer and that mastery in one field can open doors to many others. This exhibition invites visitors to celebrate the boundless possibilities of life and to discover the courage to shine in their own unique way.
