The exhibition brings together nearly 50 artists from Taiwan and Japan, showcasing 123 works across a wide range of media, including painting, ceramics, and mixed media. The youngest participant, 16-year-old Yu-Jui Chen, demonstrates remarkable creativity and imagination through his work The Battle of the Three Kingdoms. The oldest participant, 79-year-old Kiyoshi Sakai from Japan, conveys a vibrant zest for life through his ceramic creations, characterized by their simplicity and childlike charm.

Now in its 15th year, Winds from Shigaraki continues to highlight creative expressions that transcend language, culture, and conventional boundaries. The exhibition also remains committed to advancing artistic inclusion and equal access to the arts, enabling people with intellectual disabilities to be recognized and respected as artists in their own right.
