The Tainan City First Capital Art Association, established in 2004, has grown steadily over the past 22 years, bringing together numerous distinguished artists such as Lin Chih-Hsin and Chen Chi-Tsun. The association is dedicated to promoting the development of the arts in Tainan.

This exhibition features more than seventy carefully selected works by eighteen members. The collection encompasses a wide range of artistic expressions, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional works, sculpture, wood carving, watercolor, printmaking, pressed flower art, pastel, and digital art.Each participating artist presents a unique creative style, showcasing rich visual layers and profound artistic depth.
