Taichung Artist Chamber Choir

台中藝術家合唱團由藝術總監莊璧華博士於2009年創立，曾榮獲世界合唱大賽現代音樂組金牌、永恆羅馬國際合唱大賽雙料冠軍、臺中市表演藝術金藝獎、臺中市傑出演藝團隊及台新藝術獎提名。

　　本團經常受邀於臺中市政府重要活動中演出，也在客家委員會之演出擔綱，更是國立臺灣交響樂團長期指定合作演出大型作品團隊，並受邀與西班牙拉夫拉劇團、新古典舞團合作演出布蘭詩歌，皆獲好評與肯定。

　　本團更是全臺灣少數獨立製作大型合唱管弦樂作品音樂會之民間團體，曾於2015年主辦《合唱大聯盟I—布蘭詩歌》、2019年主辦《合唱大聯盟II—莫札特安魂曲》。2022年更挑戰跨界製作《命運的劇場—布蘭詩歌》，為臺灣合唱界首次，結合馬戲、舞蹈、燈光、影像之大型藝術創作，並邀請頂尖樂團及音樂家合作演出，為呈現令人驚豔且耳目一新的創作共同努力。

Taichung Artist Chamber Choir (TACC) was founded in 2009 by its artistic director Pi-Hua Chuang. TACC has won three gold medals since its first attendance of international choral competitions, and has received Taichung Performing Arts Golden Award, Taichung Outstanding Performing Arts Organization, and nomination of Taishin Arts Award.

TACC is often invited by the government and National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra to participate in collaborative performances, and is one of the few private groups that independently produce large choral and orchestral works. The 2022 crossover concert “The Play of Fortune~ Carmina Burana” was the first choral performance in Taiwan that incorporates circus, dance, lighting, and theater projection in one artistic creation.
