陳麗萍

陳麗萍曾任屏東縣恆春思想起民謠促進會現任執行長，極力推廣恆春民謠並注入創新元素，是一位民謠教育、傳承及推廣、作曲、編曲、彈唱、演繹、新詩寫作等多方位的知名音樂人，廣受各類媒體青睞專訪及專輯報導。每年均有原創民謠出版，是恆春民謠新一代之代言人。
2011年協助屏東縣政府製作了「咱的囝仔咱的歌」CD，獲得100度原創音樂大賽河洛語組「最佳演出獎」；2012「聽咱的囝仔在唱歌」入圍第24屆傳藝金曲獎「最佳兒童專輯」；2013年再度發表「聽咱的囝仔愛唱歌」，讓恆春民謠向下扎根，讓孩子愛上故鄉的歌，獲頒2013年台灣鄉土文史教育及藝術有功人員。2014年先後出版「落山風作陣唱歌兒童專輯」、「彈唱天地間」恆春民謠月琴彈唱教材等。
近年來積極參與NGO組織活動，在恆春半島努力推展「讓孩子點亮回家的路」之希望工程，輔導社區村落之生態文化休閒觀光產業及恆春在地月琴製作，是文化觀光之一大推手，並於文化部輔導之「屏東勝利、崇蘭眷村」文創基地，開設「四季村舍文創生活」工作坊，落實將無形資產轉為有形資產之價值。

Li-Ping Chen

Chen Li-Ping, the incumbent president of Hengchun Folk Songs Promotion Society, is devoted to popularize Hengchun folk songs and infuse new elements.  She is a famous and versatile musician who works on folk songs education, inheritance, promotion, music composition and arrangement, playing and singing, performance and modern poem writing, and who has been interviewed by all sorts of media and becomes the feature story.  She who publishes original folk songs each year is the new spokesperson for Hengchun folk songs.
In 2011, she assisted Pingtung County Government in making the CD album “Our Children, Our Song” which won the “Best Performance Award” in Original Music Contest 2011 – Heluo language group.  In 2012, “Listening to Our Children Singing” was nominated as the “Best Album for Children” in the 24th Golden Melody Awards For Traditional Arts and Music.  In 2013, the album “Our Children Love Singing” was published, which laid the foundation of Hengchun folk songs that made children love songs of their hometown.  She was awarded the person of merit in Taiwan’s local cultural and historical education & arts.  In 2014, the album for children “Singing with Downslope Wind” and the textbook of yueqin playing on Hengchun folk songs “Playing and Singing between Heaven and Earth” were published in succession.
In recent years, she actively participates in NGO activities to promote the Project Hope “Light Up the Road Back Home by Children” in Hengchun Peninsula.  She gives guidance to community/village in the ecological culture based and recreational tourism as well as to Hengchun residents in yueqin production.  She is one of the forces behind cultural tourism.  Also, she opens a workshop “Four Spring Village – Living in Cultural Creation” at the base of cultural creation “Victory Village in Pingtung – Chong Lan Military Village” guided by the Ministry of Culture to transfer intangible assets to tangible ones.
