強尼‧泰西耶 Johnny Teyssier

法裔美籍單簧管家強尼‧泰西耶是丹麥國家交響樂團的首席單簧管。在樂團任職期間，泰西耶經常受邀擔任獨奏，近期更與首席指揮法比奧‧路易斯合作，為德意志留聲機公司錄製了卡爾‧尼爾森的單簧管協奏曲專輯。泰西耶以獨奏身分與馬爾默交響樂團、愛爾蘭室內樂團、聖保羅室內樂團及希爾頓黑德交響樂團同台過，並在美國及歐洲各地舉行過獨奏會。此外，他亦非常熱衷於室內樂演奏。他是六樓三重奏樂團(Sixth Floor Trio)的創始成員，該團專注於探索多元的音樂風格。

泰西耶在費城柯蒂斯音樂學院師事唐納‧蒙塔納洛、福特‧拉勒斯泰特與帕梅拉‧法蘭克，在洛杉磯柯爾本音樂院跟隨葉胡達‧吉拉德深造。他目前與妻子古樂小提琴家艾莉森‧盧特默及兩名子女居住在瑞典馬爾默。

French-American clarinetist Johnny Teyssier is the first solo clarinetist of the Danish National Symphony Orchestra. During his tenure in the orchestra Teyssier has often been featured as soloist, and has recently recorded Carl Nielsen’s clarinet concerto along with principal conductor Fabio Luisi for Deutsche Grammophon. Teyssier has also appeared as a soloist with the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, the Irish Chamber Orchestra, the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and the Hilton Head Symphony, and has played solo recitals throughout the United States and Europe. An equally committed chamber musician, Teyssier is a founding member of the Sixth Floor Trio, a chamber ensemble that explores diverse musical styles. Teyssier studied at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia with Donald Montanaro, Ford Lallerstedt and Pamela Frank, and at the Colburn School in Los Angeles with Yehuda Gilad. Teyssier currently lives in Malmö Sweden with his wife, baroque violinist Alison Luthmers, and his two children.
