 女高音蔣啟真第一名畢業於國立臺北藝術大學音樂系聲樂組，隨後獲資優獎學金赴美國約翰霍普金斯大學琵琶蒂音樂院攻讀碩士。在美期間多次獲邀參與史蒂佛劇院(Stifel Theatre)演出，獲當地媒體好評。也曾獲邀與布達佩斯管弦樂團於匈牙利國家歌劇院(Magyar ÁllamiOperaház)合作演出，擔任獨唱歌手。

曾獲臺灣法國文化協會主辦之法文聲樂大賽菁英組冠軍及國際歌劇重唱大賽職業組季軍， 2023年繼第19屆古典美聲專輯《夏日情懷》入圍後，再以國臺語歌劇《蔥仔開花》入圍第34屆傳藝金曲獎最佳演唱獎。在返台後的20年演唱職涯中，頻繁受邀，活躍於國內外各大舞台，值得關注的如今年三月的衛武營歌劇音樂會《霍夫曼的故事》中，挑大樑擔綱四位女主角; 亦於2023年衛武營文化中心與臺北市立交響樂團合作之五週年旗艦歌劇-韋伯《魔彈射手》中，擔綱女主角; 2021年的衛武營輕歌劇《被遺忘的瑪麗亞》擔綱女主角，在演出後收到廣大迴響，多次於公視轉播。近年代表演出，亦有今年國臺交之《尼爾森第三號交響-恢闊》、臺北市立國樂團清唱劇《海上絲路》、創樂者藝術的布魯克納彌撒《完美與虔誠》、美娃斯藝術歌劇製作-比才《採珠者》、臺南市立交響樂團《風起王城》世界首演、臺北歌劇劇場之馬斯奈歌劇《莎芙》等。

目前任教於國立臺灣藝術大學以及國立臺北藝術大學音樂系，並擔任臺北歌劇暨藝術文化基金會董事、中國聲樂家協會理事、國立臺北藝術大學校友會理事、美國琵琶蒂音樂院校友會理事等。

Soprano Chi-Chen Chiang graduated with highest honors from the Department of Music at Taipei National University of the Arts. She subsequently received a merit scholarship to pursue graduate studies at the Peabody Institute in the United States, where she earned her Master of Music degree. During her studies, she was invited to perform on numerous occasions at Stifel Theatre and received critical acclaim from local media. She was also invited to appear as a soloist with the Budapest Orchestra at the Hungarian State Opera House.

Chiang is the First Prize winner of the French Vocal Competition organized by the French Association in Taiwan and the Third Prize winner of the International Opera Duet Competition. Following the nomination of her classical crossover album Summertime for the 19th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music, she was again nominated in 2023 for Best Vocal Performance at the 34th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music for her role in the Taiwanese-language opera Formosa Blossoms.

Throughout her more than twenty-year performing career, Chiang has appeared extensively on major stages in Taiwan and abroad. Notable recent engagements include performing all four heroines in The Tales of Hoffmann at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), singing the leading role of Agathe in Weber’s Der Freischütz in a flagship co-production of Weiwuying and the Taipei Symphony Orchestra, and portraying the title role in the operetta Maria de Bueno Saires.

Her recent performances also include Nielsen’s Symphony No. 3 Sinfonia Espansiva with the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, the oratorio Maritime Silk Road with the Taipei Chinese Orchestra, Bruckner’s Mass with Abormusic, Bizet’s The Pearl Fishers, the world premiere of The Wind Rises over the Royal City with the Tainan Symphony Orchestra, and Massenet’s Sapho with Taipei Opera Theater.

Chiang currently serves on the voice faculties of National Taiwan University of Arts and Taipei National University of the Arts. She is also a board member of the Taipei Opera and Arts Foundation, a director of the Chinese Vocalists Association, a director of the Taipei National University of the Arts Alumni Association, and a director of the Peabody Institute Alumni Association.
