2025年西貝流士國際小提琴比賽首獎得主
First prize winner of the XIII International Jean Sibelius Violin Competition 2025

小提琴家朴秀藝在西貝流士大賽中獲得首獎及三萬歐元獎金,並獲樂器出借獎項名額,此獎包括由比爾斯國際小提琴協會出借G.B. Guadagnini 1777 “ex Sasson”小提琴。

朴秀藝於2000年在南韓出生,四歲時開始學習小提琴。她的音樂天賦很早就被發掘,九歲便開始在柏林漢斯・艾斯勒音樂學院師從巫魯夫・瓦林,接著在維也納音樂與表演藝術大學的克萊夫・布朗門下繼續學習。

無論是身為獨奏家或是室內樂音樂家,她都皆全心投入演出。朴秀藝同台過的樂團包括:柏林喜歌劇院管絃樂團、威瑪國家管弦樂團、芬蘭廣播交響樂團、赫爾辛基愛樂樂團、韓國交響樂團、首爾KBS交響樂團和首爾市立交響樂團。她亦曾在全歐洲、以色列、突尼西亞、印尼和南韓等地的音樂節及音樂廳演奏。合作過的音樂家包括阿德里安.布倫德爾、拉爾夫.戈托尼、蓋瑞.霍夫曼、皮耶塔里.恩紀寧、尤爾.列維、塔嘉娜.馬蘇倫科、羅蘭.潘提納、安娜.拉基提娜、迪瑪.斯洛博傑紐克、尼古拉.斯塔維及奧斯莫.范斯卡。

朴秀藝曾參與德國、以色列、南韓、西班牙和瑞典等國許多廣播和電視節目製作。2017年發行首張專輯《帕格尼尼24首隨想曲》[BIS-2282],專輯廣受好評,隨後又發行獨奏會專輯《愛的禮讚(最愛的小提琴名曲集) 》[BIS-2382]。《留聲機》雜誌在2021年將《飛越世紀之旅 朴秀藝小提琴獨奏專輯》[BIS-2492] 選為編輯首選獎年度專輯。2022年發行朴秀藝與首爾愛樂管弦樂團、指揮奧斯莫・凡斯卡共同詮釋尹伊桑的第三號小提琴協奏曲的錄音,2023年與鋼琴家羅蘭・彭蒂寧合作錄製的卡羅爾・席曼諾夫斯基小提琴與鋼琴全作品。她的最新專輯Echoes of Exile 將於 2025 年 7 月發行。

朴秀藝的獨奏曲目囊括巴赫、比伯、尹伊桑到盧奇亞諾・貝里奧等作曲家的作品,以及經典浪漫與古典時期協奏曲和當代小提琴與管弦樂團合奏作品。

她從史穆爾・阿什肯納吉、薩奇可・加夫里洛夫、伊夫里・吉特利斯、瓦丁・葛魯茲曼、艾達・亨德爾、今井信子、葛哈特・舒爾慈和唐納・魏勒斯坦等多位大師身上獲得諸多寶貴藝術啟發;也參加過許多大師班與音樂節,例如以色列的 Keshet Eilon 國際弦樂大師班、瑞士的小澤征爾音樂學院、波蘭的 Krzyzowa 音樂節,以及德國的克隆貝爾格學院。

朴秀藝自2022年起於柏林漢斯・艾斯勒音樂學院巫魯夫.瓦林教授的小提琴課程中擔任助教。

朴秀藝彈奏的是Giovanni Battista Guadagnini “ex-Hamma”, Milano 1753 小提琴,由三星文化財團慷慨出借。

First prize and €30,000 went to violinist Sueye Park. She also received the Instrument loan prize which includes A G.B. Guadagnini 1777 “ex Sasson” violin, through Beare’s International Violin Society.

Sueye Park was born in South Korea in 2000 and began studying the violin at the age of four. Her musical gifts were recognized early on, and at the age of just nine she began her studies with Ulf Wallin at the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin and later at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Clive Brown.

She plays as a soloist and chamber musician with the same devotion. Sueye Park has performed with orchestras including the Orchestra of the Komische Oper Berlin, the Staatskapelle Weimar, The Finnish Radio-Symphony Orchstra, Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, the Korean Symphony Orchestra, KBS Symphony Orchestra and the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra. She has also performed at various festivals and concert halls in whole Europa, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia and South Korea. Performances with Adrian Brendel, Ralf Gothoni, Gary Hoffman, Pietari Inkinen Yoel Levi, Tatjana Masurenko, Roland Pöntinen, Anna Rakitina, Dima Slobodeniouk Nicolas Stavy and Osmo Vänskä.

Sueye Park has participated in numerous radio and TV broadcasts in Germany, Israel, South Korea, Spain and Sweden. In 2017 her début disc was released, a critically acclaimed recording of the 24 Paganini Caprices [BIS-2282], followed by a recital disc, ‘Salut d’amour’ [BIS-2382]. Her album with works for Violin Solo: ‘Journey Through a Century’ [BIS-2492] was selected as Editor’s Choice as the “Recordings of the Year” by Gramophone in 2021. The 3. Violin Concerto of Isang Yun with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Osmo Vänskä was released 2022 and the Complete Works for violin & piano of Karol Szymanowski with the pianist Roland Pöntinen released in 2023. Her newest CD-recording „Echoes of Exile“ will be released in July 2025.

Her solo repertoire includes works (from Bach and Biber to Isang Yun and Luciano Berio) as well as the great Romantic and Classical concertos and contemporary works for violin and orchestra.

She received valuable artistic impulses from Shmuel Ashkenasi, Saschko Gawriloff, Ivry Gitlis, Vadim Gluzman, Ida Haendel, Nobuko Imai, Gerhard Schulz and Donald Weilerstein. She has taken part in numerous masterclasses and festivals, for example at the Keshet Eilon International String Masterclass in Israel, the Seiji Ozawa Academy in the Switzerland, the Krzyzowa Festival in Poland and the Kronberg Academy.

Since 2022 she is assistant in the violin class of Prof. Ulf Wallin at the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin.

Sueye Park plays a violin of Giovanni Battista Guadagnini “ex-Hamma”, Milano 1753, (kindly loaned by the Samsung Foundation of Culture).
