邀請你和Emma一起，找尋世界上各式各樣小小的存在，再用它們把盒子裝滿！

Let’s Create Together with Emma’s Special Box
Emma, an artist from France, has started something special—and now it’s your turn to join in!
She made a box filled with stories about nature, feelings, and memories. But it’s not finished yet—because it needs you.
All around us, there are small, quiet things—sometimes forgotten or hard to see. But they’re full of meaning, and they’re waiting to be noticed.
They might even be softly saying “Hello!”
We invite you to explore, imagine, and add your own tiny, wonderful things to the box.
Together, we’ll fill it with new stories—ours.

活動對象 Target Audience
大小孩場：12至15歲、小小孩場：5至8歲。
每場次限15名，工作坊進行將以英語為主，歡迎具英語基本溝通能力的孩子們參加。
Big Kids Session: Ages 12–15.
Little Kids Session: Ages 5–8.
Each session is limited to 15 kids. The workshop will mostly be in English, so it's ideal for children who are comfortable speaking in English.

行前準備 Preparation
請攜帶以下其中一項物件：
一張你喜歡的地方的圖片/一株對你有意義的植物（像是水果、蔬菜或是花）或是它的碎片/一張你喜歡的照片（請經過家長同意）
錄取的朋友會收到一封來自無用物種博物館的邀請函，請詳閱內容，帶著你的裝備前來！
For the workshop, you must bring either:
• an image of a place you like
• a plant or a piece of a plant (fruit, vegetable, flower, etc.) you like or that is meaningful to you
• a photo you like (with parental consent) 
You will receive an invitation from the Museum of Useless Species. Make sure to read it carefully and come ready with your items!

駐館藝術家 艾瑪．班．阿齊扎 About Emma Ben Aziza
Emma Ben Aziza 1997年生於法國，現在住在里昂。她的創作受到了頻繁往返法國和突尼西亞的影響，作品用故事、詩意和幻想結合，像拼圖一樣一片一片呈現。Emma喜歡用收集來的物品、二手材料或是買來的東西，重新創造它們的樣子，讓這些材料能講更多的故事。她的藝術作品使用了木工、雕塑、印刷和影像，特別關注那些歷史中的隱藏版小故事。Emma希望大家能重新思考我們和自然、生態環境、歷史的關係，並想一想，如何透過這些讓未來的世界更美好。

Emma Ben Aziza, born in 1997 in France, now lives in Lyon. Her work is influenced by her frequent travels between France and Tunisia, blending stories, poetry, and imagination, piece by piece like a puzzle. Emma enjoys using collected items, second hand materials, or things she buys to reshape them, allowing these materials to tell more stories. Her artworks involve woodworking, sculpture, printing, and video, with a special focus on the hidden "small stories" in history. Emma hopes to inspire everyone to rethink our relationship with nature, the environment, and history, and to consider how we can make the future world a better place through these reflections.

這項計畫將透過專為台灣小朋友量身打造的工作坊進行，同時在立夫中醫藥博物館張文德副館長的協助下，汲取台灣當地藥用植物與傳統中醫藥的知識與經驗為元素。
We sincerely thank the Lifu Museum of Chinese Medicine for support in bringing local Taiwanese plant elements into this workshop. During her residency, Emma Ben Aziza will learn from Deputy Director Wen-Te Chang about the meaning and uses of common medicinal herbs. This experience inspired Emma’s creativity and allows participants to connect with plants by making herbal sachets and healing balls.

(1)報名時間：即日起至8/11（一）止開放網路報名，8/15（五）中午12:00前於本館官網公布錄取名單。
(2)報到方式：活動開始前15分鐘進行報到，請務必準時於本館大門服務台報到，活動前5分鐘未報到者，將釋出名額予現場候補之參加者依順序遞補。
(3)正取者若因故無法參加者，最遲請於上課前3日來信或來電取消報名，以通知備取人員，若報名後無故不參加又未辦理取消者，本館將列入限制日後參加活動之機會，敬請合作。
(4)本活動設有年齡及人數限制，希望每位參與者和我們共同維護相關規範，以一同創造豐富的藝術體驗。若有以下情況，本館保有取消參加資格之權利：年齡不符活動設定、活動未準時報到。
(5)活動中將進行現場攝影，參與本活動即同意授權本館將相關影音資料製作非營利之美術教育推廣影片和出版品，公開播送、上映、傳輸之權利。
(6)本計畫經核定後實施，若有未盡事宜得隨時修正公佈之。

(1)Registration Deadline: Online registration is open until Aug 11 (Mon). The participant list will be announced by 12:00 PM on August 15 (Fri.) on the website.
(2)Check-in: Please check in 15 minutes before the event at the Information. If you don’t check in 5 minutes before the event, your spot will be given to a standby participant in the order of arrival.
(3)Cancellation: If you can't attend, please email or call to cancel at least 3 days before the event If you don't show up without cancelling, you may be restricted from future events. We appreciate your cooperation.
(4)Age and Capacity Restrictions: This event has age and capacity limits. We ask all participants to adhere to these regulations to help us create a rich and enjoyable art experience. The museum reserves the right to cancel participation in the following situations: age does not meet the event requirements, failure to check in on time.
(5)Photography and Media Consent: We will be taking photos during the event. By participating, you consent to the museum using related photos and videos for non-profit educational and promotional purposes, including public broadcasting, screenings, and transmissions.
(6)Updates: The program may be updated or adjusted after approval. Any changes will be announced.
