『工藝島—2026兒童永續工藝特展』

展覽簡介  

本次以「永續工藝結合水循環」為策展核心，透過流動的「工藝活水湖」串聯五大展區，帶領觀者認識臺灣這座工藝島上豐富多元的永續工藝樣貌，以及工藝與水資源循環的關係，希望將永續工藝之美融入生活，建立對環境的關懷與責任感，讓永續循環不僅是理念，更成為可實踐的日常行動!

展覽故事從工藝超人赫爾（小名阿赫）發現「循環之河」水位逐漸下降，為了讓工藝之樹重新獲得充沛水源，阿赫踏上工藝島的探索旅程，尋找水位改變的原因。

在「工藝之島」展區，可看到藝術家康雅筑與親子工坊138位學員運用廢棄纖維，以俯瞰島嶼視角所共同創作的《一起來編織美麗的島嶼風景!》；在「永續山林」展區，發現竹林與漆樹涵養水資源外，亦順應自然節奏的工藝智慧；在「纖維平原」展區，將原本造成湖泊壅塞的布袋蓮，還是香蕉、鳳梨及稻草等農作物廢材，轉化為製作工藝生活用品的新材料！工藝島四季植物亦製成天然染料，減少對環境及水資源的污染。

在「魔法修復屋」展區，廢棄材料透過工藝師的巧手再次重生，讓舊物擁有新生命；在「工藝之樹的房間」展區，工藝超人阿赫從旅程回到生活，希望向更多人傳遞將永續工藝融入日常的自然與美好。

Introduction

Craft Island: 2026 Children’s Sustainable Crafts Exhibition is inspired by the curatorial theme of “Sustainable Crafts and the Circular Journey of Water.” Flowing water connects five exhibition areas, guiding viewers through the rich diversity of sustainable crafts found in Taiwan—an island shaped by craft culture—and their close relationship to the circulation of water resources.

The story begins with the Craft Guardian H₂O^er (nicknamed as Ah-HO), who discovers that the water level of the River of Circulation has mysteriously dropped. Without enough water, the Tree of Crafts will wither away. Determined to save it, Ah-HO sets off on a journey to the source of the river, hoping to seek help from the Water Element Spirits and uncover the secrets of sustainability across Craft Island.

In the “Craft Island” section, artist Ya-chu Kang and 138 participants, using waste fiber materials, co-created the art installation “Weaving the Inland’s scenery together!”

In the “Sustainable Mountains and Forests” section, visitors discover how lacquer trees and bamboo forests help conserve water resources while reflecting craft wisdom that works in harmony with nature’s rhythms.

In the “Fiber Plains” section, invasive water hyacinths that clog waterways, along with agricultural waste materials such as banana fibers, pineapple leaves, and rice straw, are transformed into new materials for everyday objects through innovative craft processes. Plants that grow throughout the four seasons on Craft Island can also be turned into natural dyes, helping reduce pollution and protect water resources.

In the “Magic Repair House” section, discarded materials are given a second life through recycling, imagination, and the skilled hands of craftspeople, allowing resources to continue flowing in new forms.

At the end of the adventure, Ah-HO returns to the Tree of Crafts. Through his journey, the exhibition invites children and families to explore the deep connection between sustainable crafts and the circulation of water resources, rethink the many possibilities of sustainable crafts in daily life, and develop a sense of environmental awareness and responsibility.

報名相關說明事項：

1.以上親子工坊活動，每場次報名額滿後將關閉報名系統。

2.活動當日，請於開場10分鐘內完成報到手續，逾時將視為棄權，名額將釋出給現場候補民眾。

3.報名完成後，將會寄送確認信通知。

4.報名後無法前來，請於活動前1日來信或來電通知，名額將釋出給現場候補民眾。
