「文化資產保存技術技職師資增能研習」以培育全國技職體系相關科系教師為目標，透過文化資產修復技術的專業研習，協助教師將傳統修復知識與技術發展教案融入教學現場，藉以引導學生提升符合傳統修復工匠職能基準的基礎知識、技術與態度，並逐步深化對文化資產修復工作的認識。 
本計畫自民國108年推動至今，已陸續開設傳統木作、土水作、瓦作、彩繪作、鑿花作、泥塑作、剪黏作等課程，累積完成137組教案。展覽彙整歷年學員的學習成果，呈現文化資產保存技術於教育體系中扎根與實踐的軌跡，歡迎一同走進傳統技術與技職教育交會的現場。

The Capacity-Building Program for Vocational Instructors in Cultural Heritage Preservation aims to cultivate instructors from relevant departments within Taiwan’s technical and vocational education system. Through professional training in traditional restoration skills, the program enhances instructors’ understanding of cultural heritage preservation and supports them in integrating traditional knowledge and techniques into teaching practice. These instructors are then expected to guide their students in developing fundamental competencies aligned with the professional standards of traditional craftsmen.
Since 2019, the program has introduced a series of courses covering traditional carpentry, masonry, roof tiling, color painting, wood carving, clay sculpture, and cut-and-paste mosaic techniques. Throughout these courses, a total of 137 teaching plans have been developed by participating instructors. This exhibition presents the accumulated learning outcomes, tracing the process through which vocational education engages with and internalizes the principles of cultural heritage preservation. Visitors are invited to experience the dynamic “chemistry” between modern education and traditional restoration skills.
