第23屆文薈獎—全國身心障礙者文藝獎，由文化部指導、國立彰化生活美學館所主辦，鼓勵身心障礙者，透過文感字及圖像創作抒發自己的想法與感受，打造專屬的藝文發表平台。本展覽展出上屆得獎作品，除了展示作品原稿，並透過互動體驗，讓觀者進入作品中的意境。另以點字輔助與語音導覽等方式，輔助不同障礙的朋友欣賞作品。

The 23rd Enable Prize – The National Literary and Art Awards for the Physically or Mentally Handicapped was organized by National Changhua Living Art Center under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture. The event aimed to encourage people with disabilities to express their thoughts and feelings through the art works created with literary characters and images, and to create a unique platform for art and literature presentation. This exhibition displays the award-winning works of last Enable Prize competition. Apart from displaying the original works, the exhibition also allows the audience to enter the artistic conception of the works through interactive experience. In addition, this exhibition provides braille assistance and voice guidance to visitors with disabilities, so that they can appreciate the art works with ease and convenience.
