"Groups of people standing under trees, brewing tea, lifting their legs, and listening to songs" was once a common scene in early agricultural Taiwanese society. Whether it was under the scorching midday sun or in the evening after a day's work in the fields, three to five friends, neighbors, and acquaintances would spontaneously gather under a big tree. They would share watermelon seeds, play musical instruments, and sing songs, creating a simple yet joyful form of entertainment. From mid-September to the end of November, we have many performances planned to help you relive the past and explore the historical significance of the Cultural Heritage Park through the art of storytelling and singing. We invite you to step into the park, listen to the cheerful tunes of the smiling storytellers and singers, and immerse yourself in the world of cultural heritage. Join us for an enriching experience!
