一張張真實面孔刻劃的滄桑及家園情懷，一件件傳家至寶滿載時空記憶和生命對話，共同拼繪大時代的軌跡地圖。

由財團法人沈春池文教基金會主辦《我家的兩岸故事》巡展，延伸自「搶救遷臺歷史記憶庫」計畫，以豐富的影音及典藏文物，結合新媒體科技藝術，展映遷臺歷史見證者的生命紀實，典藏每一段遷臺長者及其親友的珍貴記憶。

Each wrinkled face portrays the vicissitudes of life and the sentiment of home, and each cherished heirloom carries the memories of time and engages in a dialogue with life, collectively painting the map of a grand era. Organized by Sheen Chuen-Chi Cultural & Educational Foundation, the exhibition tour of “The Stories of My Family Across the Taiwan Strait” extends from the 'Salvaging the Historical Memory Archive of Relocation to Taiwan' project. Through rich audiovisual materials and preserved artifacts, combined with new media technology and art, it shows the life stories of witnesses to the relocation history, preserving the precious memories of each elderly person who relocated to Taiwan and their families and friends.
